  I have had the misfortune to have to call an ambulance to my house twice. Once on Christmas Day a couple of years ago. And again on Wednesday 6th July. On both occasions a paramedic called Aidan attended.  He is so nice and helpful. He has the capacity to make a totally fraught situation manageable. I just wanted to thank him
